NOVELTY - Preparing abrasion resistant coating involves weighing graphene modified tungsten carbide self-lubricating wear-resistant additive, adding WC-12Co spray powder, and ball milling in absolute ethanol medium to obtain milled material. The obtained milled powder containing the liquid medium is dispersed for a small hour, which is dried and sieved to obtain sieved powder. The graphene modified coating is prepared by explosive spraying, which is performed at certain parameters in which flow ratio of oxygen to acetylene is 1.2, filling amount of gas is 68% and spraying distance is 260mm. USE - Method for preparing abrasion resistant coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare abrasion resistant coating, which effectively maintains graphene component content and uniformly distributed in coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing abrasion resistant coating involves weighing graphene modified tungsten carbide self-lubricating wear-resistant additive, adding WC-12Co spray powder, and ball milling in absolute ethanol medium to obtain milled material. The obtained milled powder containing the liquid medium is dispersed for a small hour, which is dried and sieved to obtain sieved powder. The graphene modified coating is prepared by explosive spraying, which is performed at certain parameters in which flow ratio of oxygen to acetylene is 1.2, filling amount of gas is 68%, spraying distance is 260mm, blasting frequency is adjusted to 3 times per second, and rate is 0.3g/second. The obtained surface is then polished to obtain final coating.
