▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nanometer metal phosphide-phosphorus-carbon catalyst comprises dispersing phosphorus source in solvent, adding carbon source under stirring at 20-80℃ for 0.5-24 hours, evaporating the solvent at 50-120℃, drying at 50-120℃, and then calcining at 200-1200℃ for 5-24 hours under neutral atmosphere to obtain phosphorus-carbon. The phosphorus-carbon is dispersed in the hydrogenation metal salt solution, mixed well, and reacted under stirring for 0.5-24 hours, evaporated the solvent at 30-100℃, drying at 50-00℃, reduced carbonization treatment at 200-1200℃ for 1-24 hours under hydrogen atmosphere to obtain nano-cluster metal phosphide-phosphorus-carbon catalyst. USE - Method for preparing nanometer metal phosphide-phosphorus-carbon catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method has catalyst preparation, catalyst regeneration, low cost, simple operation method, and good universality. The prepared catalyst has strong hydrogenation ability, and can realize full hydrogenation and selectivity for unsaturated bonds of various organic compounds hydrogenation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for using nanometer metal phosphide-phosphorus-carbon catalyst in hydrogenation synthesis of unsaturated compounds in reducing gas, which involves providing continuous input of the unsaturated compound solution with the nano group in the continuous tubular reactor of cluster metal phosphide-phosphorus-carbon catalyst, or adding the unsaturated compound, the nano-cluster metal phosphide-phosphorus-carbon catalyst and solvent into the batch reactor at a pressure of 0.1-30 MPa, reacting at 20-300℃ to obtain hydrogenation products of unsaturated compounds.
