NOVELTY - Anti-reverse electrode catalyst comprises a carbon carrier (1) and a nano-metal oxide catalyst (2) supported on the carbon carrier. The carbon carrier has a one-dimensional structure, a two-dimensional structure or a three-dimensional structure. USE - Anti-reverse electrode catalyst used for membrane electrode of fuel cell (all claimed) for converting chemical energy of fuel into electrical energy. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst improves utilization rate of metal and conductivity and has structure stability, can reduce the influence caused by water-gas erosion, utilizes the carbon carrier with one-dimensional structure, two-dimensional structure or three-dimensional structures to avoid the migration under the water impact, and improves the antireflective performance of fuel cell. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of anti-reverse electrode catalyst, which involves dispersing carbon carrier and the metal source nano metal oxide precursor in a hydroalcoholic solution, adding an alkaline regulator, and performing a hydrothermal reaction; and (2) membrane electrode, which comprises an anode catalyst layer and a cathode catalyst layer provided on both sides of the proton exchange membrane, and an anode microporous layer provided on the side surface of the anode catalyst layer away from the proton exchange membrane. A cathode microporous layer is provided on the surface of cathode catalyst layer on one side away from proton exchange membrane.
