NOVELTY - The method involves mounting high speed train (15) above tunnel graphene conductive line net (16). A passenger station (4) is built with graphene submarine channel (9). A graphene dispatching room computer (7) is arranged at the graphite submarine channel. A conductive wire (6) is connected with the conductive line grid. A graphite tunnel communication unit (17) is connected with the graphene dispatching room computer through the lift. A graphene cable is provided at the graphite high speed lift (10). USE - Method for constructing high speed information submarine tunnel used for building. ADVANTAGE - The information can be transmitted easily via computer.
