▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Triethylamine detection sensor comprises a substrate and a gas-sensitive material located on the surface of the substrate. The gaseous material is a dispersion liquid containing polyaniline doped with graphene and a solvent, where the concentration of the doped graphene in the dispersion solution is 0.05-100 mg/ml, and the doping amount of the graphene is 0.1-20 wt.%. USE - The triethylamine detection sensor is used for detecting triethylamine (claimed), used in industrial production of solvent, catalyst and raw material, and used as toxic gas pollutant with pungent smell. ADVANTAGE - The triethylamine detection sensor has graphene selectivity, high sensitivity, rapid response speed, excellent repeatability, strong stability, without high temperature, which greatly reduces the consumption of the sensor in the using process, and has important practice and research value for the technical field. Compared with the traditional semiconductor gas sensor, the sensor can fix the sensing film on the ceramic tube by simple way (drop coating), and the method is simple and convenient, has high processing performance, solves the problem that the traditional gas sensor needs high temperature sintering, and the processing is complex. The polyaniline has rich active sites, and excellent properties of the ability to obtain the proton. The presence of graphene increases the charge density of the material, improves the conductivity, making it have resistance at room temperature, exerting sensing performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: a preparation method of the sensor; and a method for detecting triethylamine.
