NOVELTY - Use of magnetic graphene carbon nano material in aflatoxin adsorption. The magnetic graphene carbon nano material is prepared by: (i) adding ethylene glycol solution into the graphene oxide, ultrasonically processing at room temperature until graphene oxide is completely dispersed in ethylene glycol solution, (ii) adding anhydrous ferric chloride powder into the mixed solution, room temperature , ultrasonically processing at room temperature makes ferric chloride completely dispersed in the solution, adding anhydrous sodium acetate, and strongly stirring at room temperature, (iii) carrying out solvent thermal reaction, the reaction temperature is 180-220°C, the reaction time is 4-10 hours, and cooling to room temperature, and (iv) centrifuging the solution, keeping the black precipitate, adding the absolute ethyl alcohol to the precipitate, washing to remove the unreacted complete residual reagent, clarifying the centrifuged supernatant, and drying black precipitate. USE - The magnetic graphene carbon nano material is useful in preparing reagent for absorbing aflatoxin, preferably aflatoxin B1 (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanomaterial has low adsorbent usage and high adsorption capacity.
