NOVELTY - Ultra-smooth coating includes a double-layer structure, where upper layer is a cross-linked polymer containing ice-repellent molecules and a smooth surface. The lower layer is a porous structure, where ice-repellent is stored in the pores. The upper layer provides a smooth ice-releasing surface to control the release rate of the ice-releasing agent molecules. The lower porous structure stores a large number of ice-releasing agent molecules to supplement the loss of the ice-releasing agent molecules on the coating surface during use. The coating is maintained for a long time anti-icing ability and low ice adhesion. USE - Ultra-smooth coating used in anti-icing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ultra-smooth coating provides a smooth surface and effectively controls the release of the ice-thinning agent.
