NOVELTY - Hybrid graphene quantum dots and silver modified graphite carbon nitride nanosheet composite photocatalyst comprises hybrid nanocrystalline graphite nitride quantum dots, silver elemental and carbonitride carbon nanosheet. The nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot is attached to surface of graphite phase nitride carbon nanosheet to form graphite oxide-carbonitride carbon nanosheet composite loaded with quantum dot. The a-titania-graphene carbonitride carbon nanosheet composite is loaded with zinc oxide-graphene quantum dots and loaded with silver. USE - Hybrid graphene quantum dots and silver modified graphite carbon nitride nanosheet composite photocatalyst used for treating antibiotic wastewater (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The photocatalyst has high photocatalytic activity, good photocatalytic stability and reusability, convenient operation, low cost, simple use method, high removal rate, and stable photocatalytic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for preparation of hybrid graphene quantum dots and silver modified graphite carbon nitride nanosheet composite photocatalyst comprising mixing graphite-phase carbon nitride nanosheet and aza-graphene quantum dot with solvent, ultrasonic dispersing, and stirring to obtain mixed solution; heating mixed solution, and removing solvent in mixed solution; and subjecting graphene quantum point loading of graphite-phase carbon nitride nanocomposite material, and silver ion-containing methanol solution with graphite-phase carbon nitride nanocomposite light catalyst to reduction reaction; and application comprising mixing graphite phase carbon nitride nanocomposite light catalyst of aza-graphene quantum dots and silver co-modified with antibiotic waste water, carrying out light-catalyzed reaction, and processing antibiotic waste water.
