▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-modified polypropylene composition comprises 49.75-89.95 pts. wt. polypropylene, 10-25 pts. wt. polypropylene fiber, and 0.05-0.25 pts. wt. graphene. USE - The composition is useful for surface coating of polypropylene oxide with graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The composition has low content of graphene which is uniformly dispersed in the polypropylene matrix in a two-dimensional sheet form, and effectively reduces the surface resistance of the material, and has no deposition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing a graphene-modified polypropylene composition, comprising (i) adding polypropylene fibers to deionized water, and dropping an aminosilane coupling agent for mixing, stirring, where the stirring rate is 500-600 rpm, and the stirring time is 1-24 hours, then, the aqueous graphene oxide solution is added, and after stirring for 0.5-1 hour, the polypropylene fiber is taken out and baked at 80-100 degrees C for 4-12 hours to obtain a pretreated polypropylene fiber, and the pretreated polypropylene fiber is densely packed, refining to obtain graphene masterbatch, (ii) placing polypropylene, the graphene mother particles obtained in the step (1), and the inorganic filler in a twin-screw extruder having an aspect ratio of 20-50:1, and melt-mixing and dispersed, extruding and granulating.
