NOVELTY - Preparing antioxidant polyaniline resin powder involves controlling the temperature at 0-10 degrees C under nitrogen conditions, adding 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. of surfactant, 4-12 pts. wt. aniline distilled under reduced pressure, 0.2-2 pts. wt. of 0.2-1mol/L hydrochloric acid, 50-70 pts. wt. water to the reactor, stirring at high speed to disperse uniformly. The 3-5 pts. wt. 3-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-aniline and 4-8 pts. wt. 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-aniline, 20-30 pts. wt. initiator are added, continued to react at 0-10 degrees C for 4-10 hours, and finally filtered, dried and granulated to obtain antioxidant polyaniline resin powder. USE - Method for preparing antioxidant polyaniline resin powder for forming heating materials, antioxidant composite carbon crystal powder (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has long-lasting and stable high conductivity, heat radiation and oxidation resistance.
