NOVELTY - Graphene modified rubber composite material comprises 80-110 pts. wt. base rubber material, 20-30 pts. wt. modified graphene material, 2-9 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent and 1-5 pts. wt. flow enhancer, and organic solvents (balance). The modified graphene material includes 20-30 pts. wt. graphene powder, 15-20 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride powder, 1-3 pts. wt. vinyl acetate and 5-9 pts. wt. talc, and N,N-dimethylamide solution and water (balance). USE - The rubber composite material is used for tire tread of automobile. Can also be used in tire surface, and tire table. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has improved mechanical performance, strength and hardness, and improved rubber abrasion resistance and aging resistance. The method reduces the wear loss and puncture resistance of the composite material, and reduced raw material cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a mixing method for preparing graphene modified rubber composite material for tire tread comprising (S2.1) adding the base rubber material into the mixer, adding a sufficient amount of organic solvent, and then adding the modified graphene material for ultrasonic stirring and blending, (S2.2) adding a flow enhancer into the stirring tank, promoting blending under stirring, and then precipitating, and (S2.3) vulcanizing the blend with a vulcanizing agent to obtain a graphene-modified rubber composite material.
