NOVELTY - Method comprises (i) mixing C-CNC cellulose solution, CNF-C cellulose solution, distilled water and 1-ethyl-3-methyl ion liquid, then adding mixed solution, and forming mixed solution, (ii) sealing and stirring the mixed solution for 3-4 hours, (iii) oscillating, (iv) sealing the mixed solution, (v) performing vacuum drying to the mixed solution after ultrasonic wave to remove bubbles, (vi) inverting the solution after vacuum drying in a mold, (vii) taking out the mold after drying, allowing to stand for a period of time at room temperature, taking out the film on the mold, then cutting the film into rectangular small strip, (viii) adding the rectangular small strip on the surface vessel with chemical analysis filter paper, (ix) taking off the film after drying the surface electrode, and (x) cutting the prepared film upper, lower, left and right four sides, removing the electrode attached on the four sides to prevent the driver short circuit, and preparing a driver. USE - The method is useful for preparing mixed cellulose IPMC material. ADVANTAGE - The material has high performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing mixed cellulose IPMC material comprises (i) mixing 20-25 pts. wt. C-CNC cellulose solution, 40-50 pts. wt. CNF-C cellulose solution, 80-100 pts. wt. distilled water and 1 pts. wt. 1-ethyl-3-methyl ion liquid, then adding 0.1 wt.% mixed solution, and forming mixed solution, (ii) sealing and stirring the mixed solution for 3-4 hours, (iii) firstly placing the mixed solution after stirring in an ice bath for 10-20 minutes, and then oscillating at 25-35 degrees C for 240-300 minutes, (iv) sealing the mixed solution by performing ultrasonic oscillator processing at 35-45 degrees C for 70-80 minutes, (v) performing vacuum drying to the mixed solution after ultrasonic wave to remove bubbles, vacuum drying at 45-65 degrees C for 24-50 minutes, (vi) inverting the solution after vacuum drying in a mold, then placing the mold in a vacuum drying box, adjusting the drying temperature at 45-50 degrees C for 24-36 hours, (vii) taking out the mold after drying, allowing to stand for a period of time at room temperature, taking out the film on the mold, then cutting the film into rectangular small strip with side length of 10asterisk40 mm, (viii) adding the rectangular small strip on the surface vessel with chemical analysis filter paper, dropping electrode solution on the rectangular small strip, after the electrode solution completely covers the rectangular small strip, placing the surface on the room temperature and drying for 12-24 hours, (ix) taking off the film after drying the surface electrode, placing the surface of the film without the attached electrode upwards in the surface vessel, and repeating the previous step, and (x) cutting the prepared film upper, lower, left and right four sides, removing the electrode attached on the four sides to prevent the driver short circuit, and preparing a driver.
