NOVELTY - Sizing material comprises 50-100 pts. wt. natural rubber, 0-50 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 1-20 pts. wt. nano-zinc oxide, 0.5-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-30 pts. wt. graphene and carbon nano-tube, 20-120 pts. wt. filler, 1-8 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0-30 pts. wt. plasticizer and 0.5-15 pts. wt. vulcanization accelerator. USE - The sizing material is useful for vulcanizing rubber spinning wheel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sizing material: has antistatic, low heat generation and abrasion resistance property; and reduces abrasion by greater than or equal to 0.6 mm, volume resistivity by 106 ohm.cm, friction temperature by more than 5 degrees C. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the sizing material, comprising: plasticizing natural rubber, mixing plasticized natural rubber and nitrile rubber, and adding nano-zinc oxide, stearic acid, graphene and carbon nano-tube, filler, coupling agent and plasticizer, uniformly mixing, and adding vulcanization accelerator.
