▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of a copper phthalocyanine functional graphene comprises adding (pts.wt.) graphite (1) and copper phthalocyanine tetrasulfonic acid tetrasodium salt (1) or Alcian blue, at room temperature in a container with 5-20 mL water; and ultrasonic dispersing for 4 hours, centrifuging, filtering, washing, and vacuum drying. USE - Method for the preparation of a copper phthalocyanine functional graphene used for preparing a graphene assembly film to construct mercapto electrochemical biosensor for detecting glucose using glucose oxidase and for detecting L-cysteine and coenzyme A (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene has improved dispersing performance. The method is simple, has wide linear range, low detection limit, good repeatability, improved stability, and has anti-jamming capability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing a graphene assembly film by surface pre-treating a glassy carbon electrode in lithium perchlorate solution containing sulfanilic acid, by two different charge of copper phthalocyanine charged functional graphene dispersion liquid with a concentration of 0.25 mg/mol for 12-60 minutes.
