▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Wear-resistant conductive anticorrosive composite coating comprises first component and second component, where the first component comprises 5-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.5-2 pts. wt. glycerol, 0.05-1 pt. wt. paraffin oil, 0.5-5 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 0.5-5 pts. wt. nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 60-83 pts. wt. nano zinc powder and 8-20 pts. wt. sodium lauryl sulfate, and second component comprises 55-80 pts. wt. polyurethane modified epoxy resin emulsion, 10-35 pts. wt. water, 5-10 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, and 5-10 pts. wt. natural rubber latex. USE - Used as wear-resistant conductive anticorrosive composite coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has excellent anti-flowing property, adhesive force, anti-salt mist and impact resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the wear-resistant conductive anticorrosive composite coating, comprising (i) mixing graphene oxide and 1/2 sodium lauryl sulfate, stirring and dispersing in a high-speed shearing machine for 10-20 minutes, adding glycerol and paraffin oil, stirring and dispersing for 10-20 minutes, then adding nano titanium dioxide and nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, stirring and dispersing for 10-20 minutes, and finally adding the remaining 1/2 sodium lauryl sulfate and nano zinc powder, stirring and dispersing for 25-35 minutes to obtain first component, (ii) mixing the polyurethane-modified epoxy resin emulsion, polyvinyl alcohol and water, stirring uniformly, then adding natural rubber latex and stirring uniformly to obtain second component, and (iii) uniformly hydrating the first and second components to obtain the finished product.
