▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High-toughness anti-icing coating comprises component-A and component-B in a mass ratio of 1:1.1-1.5; where the component-A is fluorine-containing aliphatic isocyanate prepolymer; component-B is composed of amino-terminated polyether D2000, polyaspartate chain extender, modified graphene oxide, antifoaming agent, leveling agent, and ultraviolet light absorbent. USE - Used as high-toughness anti-icing coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has low surface energy and exhibits excellent hydrophobicity; and hydrophobically modified graphene oxide is added to coating, during curing process, modified graphene oxide exists in coating in upright state, after many friction tests, surface roughness of coating is further improved, hydrophobicity is even better, and coating has excellent durability, impact and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high-toughness anti-icing coating comprising preparing organic fluorine-modified polyol, polyaspartate chain extender and modified nano-graphene oxide; stirring and heating 130-150 pts. wt. isocyanate, 30-40 pts. wt. polyol, and 10-15 pts. wt. organic fluorine-modified polyol to 45-85degreesC under nitrogen atmosphere for reaction, reacting to NCO content of 15-20%, stop heating, and storing at room temperature with N2 to obtain component-A: mixing and stirring 35-50 pts. wt. polyaspartate chain extender and 60-100 pts. wt. amino-terminated polyether D2000 at room temperature for 2-3 hours, adding 3-6 pts. wt. modified nano-graphene oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 1-5 pts. wt. leveling agent and 1-5 pts. wt. ultraviolet light absorber, ultrasonically dispersing for 5 hours, and storing under N2 to obtain component-B; mixing and stirring the component-A and component-B at room temperature in a ratio of 1:1-1.5 to obtain the product.
