▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves providing (S11) a long chemical vapor deposition (CVD) of graphene on a copper substrate i.e. polycrystalline copper substrate, to prepare a graphene wrinkle region. The graphene on the copper substrate is oxidized (S12) under oxidation atmosphere. The graphene wrinkle region is oxidized under corrugation of the copper substrate to form oxidation stripe. Use of graphene crystal orientation of a copper substrate surface is determined (S13) according to oxidation condition of the copper substrate. USE - Method for determining use of CVD grown graphene crystal orientation of polycrystalline copper substrate surface. ADVANTAGE - The method effectively determines use of CVD grown graphene crystal orientation of polycrystalline copper substrate surface with high repeatability, simple operation and inexpensive. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The graphene is formed as continuous graphene or graphene thin film single crystal. The gas of oxidizing atmosphere is selected from one of the air, oxygen, chlorine, fluorine and bromine.
