NOVELTY - Aging-resistant conductive polypropylene functional material comprises 80-96 pts. wt. polypropylene, 1-5 pts. wt. copper powder, 0.8-4 pts. wt. conductive agent, 0.4-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.4-3 pts. wt. compatibilizer and 0.2-1.2 pts. wt. heat stabilizer. USE - The aging-resistant conductive polypropylene functional material is useful in the high molecular material technical field for preparing conductive complex material using graphene micro sheet, carbon nano-tube and expensive conductive filler. ADVANTAGE - The aging-resistant conductive polypropylene functional material has good conductivity and anti-aging performance. The conductive agent can make up the copper powder due to the extrusion or injection process of the contact copper powder, perfect copper powder and sheet copper powder are contact with each other, in the polyethylene to form a specific net-shaped interpenetrating conductive network, and improving the conductivity by coupling copper powder. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aging-resistant conductive polypropylene functional material comprising (i) mixing the conductive agent, compatibilizer uniformly to obtain the mixture, adding the mixture, polypropylene, heat stabilizer into the mixer, stirring uniformly to obtain the pre-mixture, and (ii) adding the pre-mixture into a double-screw extruder, adding the copper powder into the double-screw extruder by means of side feeding, melting and mixing and dispersing by a double-screw extruder and extruding and granulating to obtain the aging-resistant conductive polypropylene functional material.
