NOVELTY - Antibacterial and dust resistant composite plastic masterbatch comprises 45-50 pts. wt. polypropylene, 25-35 pts. wt. filler, 5-7 pts. wt. plasticizer, 4-6 pts. wt. lubricant, 3-5 pts. wt. polyhydroxy chemical coupling agent, 3.5-4.5 pts. wt. modifier additives, 1-2 pts. wt. compound antioxidant, 1-3 pts. wt. compound antibacterial agent, 1-3 pts. wt. compound antistatic agent, 1-2 pts. wt. light stabilizer, 1-2 pts. wt. toughening agent, 2-4 pts. wt. hydroxymethyl cellulose, 1-3 pts. wt. impact modifier, 4-6 pts. wt. porous ceramic preform, 1-3 pts. wt. nano flame retardant and 4-6 pts. wt. carbon nanofibers. USE - Antibacterial and dust resistant composite plastic masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial and dust resistant composite plastic masterbatch has high social use value and application prospect and overcomes the disadvantages of the existing technology, reasonable design, simple process flow, good antibacterial and dust-resistant adsorption effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an antibacterial and dust resistant composite plastic masterbatch, which involves: (A) mixing diethylenetriaminopropyltrimethoxysilane, modified triethanolamine, maleic anhydride, cocamidopropyl betaine, a-methylstyrene, methyl methacrylate, palmitic acid, cobalt hydroxide propionate and zirconium oxide, and stirring for 2.5-3 hours to obtain the modifier; (B) mixing nano silver, graphene, polyacrylamide, 2,4,5-trihydroxybutanone, polyglutamic acid, polyvinylpyrrolidone, solubilizer, emulsifier, and stirring for 1.5-2 hours to obtain a composite antibacterial agent; (C) mixing and stirring the mixture of hygroscopic ionic polymer, coupling agent, alkaline earth metal compound, calcium chloride and graphene oxide for 30-45 minutes to obtain a composite antistatic agent; (D) stirring and mixing the calcite, quartz powder, metal fiber and polytetrafluoroethylene modified polyethylene, standing for 2.5-3 hours, and using for later use to obtain the filler; (E) combining the weight of the raw material polypropylene, lubricant, polyhydroxy chemical coupling agent, light stabilizer, toughening agent, hydroxymethyl cellulose, impact modifier, porous ceramic preform, nano-resistance, feeding fuel and carbon nanofibers into the high-speed mixer through a feeding device, adding modifying aid, mixing and stirring for 45-60 minutes to obtain a mixture 1; (F) adding filler and plasticizer to the half weight of the mixture 1 and stir for 1-1.5 hours to obtain the mixture 2; (G) adding modifiers, composite antioxidants, composite antibacterial agents and composite antistatic agents to the remaining mixture 1 and stirring for 2-3 hours to obtain mixture 3; (H) blending the mixture 2 and the mixture 3 an stirring for 1.5-2.5 hours to obtain mixture 4; and (I) melting and extruding the mixture 4 in a twin-screw extruder, cooling and pelletizing to obtain product.
