NOVELTY - Preparing modified wood-based silicon carbide ceramic material comprises (i) taking wood powder, silicon powder and epoxy resin, and calculating the total mass; (ii) taking graphene oxide, where the quality of graphene oxide is 1-5%, mixing the graphene oxide with the wood powder, silicon powder and epoxy resin, stirring, and drying in an oven to obtain first mixture; and (iii) preheating the first mixture, drying, protecting the sample by nitrogen gas and sintering. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified wood-based silicon carbide ceramic material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and convenient. The material has less quality change rate, better corrosion resistance, adsorption performance and conductivity.
