NOVELTY - Graphene (carbon nanotube, carbon nanotube graphene)-titanium dioxide nanotube composite solution prepared by adding graphene, carbon nanotube or carbon nanotube graphene in solvent including N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, dimethylformamide, alcohol or water, stirring, adding titanium dioxide nanotube in graphene (carbon nanotube, carbon nanotube graphene) solution, stirring and dispersing graphene (carbon nanotube, carbon nanotube graphene)-titanium dioxide nanotube composite in solvent by adhering graphene (carbon nanotube, carbon nanotube graphene) to titanium dioxide nanotube surface, is claimed. USE - The solution is useful for producing substrate and battery electrode material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The solution provides transparent substrate and battery electrode material with less energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene (carbon nanotube, carbon nanotube graphene)-titanium dioxide nanotube composite solution prepared by adding graphene, carbon nanotube or carbon nanotube graphene into solvent including N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, dimethylformamide, alcohol or water, stirring, adding titanium dioxide nanotube in graphene (carbon nanotube, carbon nanotube graphene) solution obtained by ultrasonic dispersion, stirring, and dispersing graphene (carbon nanotube, carbon nanotube graphene)-titanium dioxide nanotube composite in solvent by adhering graphene (carbon nanotube, carbon nanotube graphene) to the surface of titanium dioxide nanotube, is claimed. The volume ratio of graphene (carbon nanotube, carbon nanotube graphene) solution and titanium dioxide nanotube is 100:1-5. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) graphene (carbon nanotube, carbon nanotube graphene)-titanium dioxide nanotube composite substrate prepared by spray coating the graphene (carbon nanotube, carbon nanotube graphene)-titanium dioxide nanotube composite solution and glass or plastic on the substrate surface, and coating graphene (carbon nanotube, carbon nanotube graphene)-titanium dioxide nanotube composite on the substrate surface by drying; and (2) graphene (carbon nanotube, carbon nanotube graphene)-titanium dioxide nanotube composite battery electrode material prepared by adding graphene (carbon nanotube, carbon nanotube graphene) and titanium dioxide nanotube into solvent (alcohol, water), stirring, and removing the solvent by drying graphene (carbon nanotube, carbon nanotube graphene)-titanium dioxide nanotube composite slurry which is obtained by mixing graphene (carbon nanotube, carbon nanotube graphene) and titanium dioxide nanotube at 100-120 degrees C.
