NOVELTY - The method involves carrying out vacuum ball milling and mixing on ferromagnetic powder and high-surface-energy powder. A cathode mesh is cleaned, and an electrodeposition nickel coating pretreatment is performed. A composite powder is added into metal ion electrodeposition liquid, and a ultrasonic vibration treatment is performed to uniformly disperse the composite powder in the electrodeposition liquid. A metal mesh is clamped on a cathode workbench of jet flow electrodeposition device, a permanent magnet is fixed below the workbench to generate a constant magnetic field, the composite electrodeposition liquid is added into a water bath of device, and the electrodeposition liquid is electrified to process to obtain composite coating net film. USE - Method for preparing bionic micro-nano structure net film used for oily sewage treatment (all claimed) in oil-water separation field. ADVANTAGE - The prepared net film has super-hydrophilicity and can realize high-efficiency separation of various oil-water mixtures.
