▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Three-dimensional object manufacturing process involves: 1) depositing a layer of powder in a powder bed (12), the layer (16) comprises particles (20, 22) of at least a first component of a two-component reactive material; 2) dispensing a first solution (18) containing at least one solvent, and a second component of the two-component reactive material, the solvent causes the two components to form one or more cross-linked regions of a three-dimensional object; 3) iterating the depositing and dispensing, to form subsequent layers of the three-dimensional object, until the object is formed; and 4) removing any unwanted particles from the object. USE - Method is used for manufacturing three-dimensional object. ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional object manufacturing method such as 3D printing or selective laser sintering, adopts a three-dimensional manufacturing system, to combine the flexibility of printing with solid or highly loaded solid particles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for three-dimensional object manufacturing system (10) which comprises: a) a powder bed to hold layers of particles; and b) print head(s) positioned to dispense liquid onto the powder bed to cause the particles to form cross-linked region(s) in layers of a solid object.
