▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The film comprises a substrate (1), an electrode (2) and a graphene array (3), where the substrate is quartz, calcium fluoride or polyethylene terephthalate (PET) transparent insulating substrate. An electrode is fixedly arranged above the substrate. Two ends of each unit of the graphene array are electrically connected with two adjacent electrodes. A graphene array is controlled by an external circuit to realize dynamic display of infrared image. The electrode is made up of indium tin oxide (ITO) conductive semiconductor, or a metal or alloy of gold, silver, aluminum, chromium, palladium, copper, titanium, and nickel. USE - Programmable joule heat film based on graphene for use in fields of thermal simulators, deicing and demisting, biomedical treatment, etc. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based programmable joule heat film realizes the near transparency under visible light, can realize the rapid regulation and control of heating on one hand and the programmable dynamic display of infrared images on the other hand when the driving voltage is applied to the graphene joule heating film array. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the programmable joule heat film based on graphene. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a structural schematic diagram of a single unit in the graphene-based programmable joule thermal film. 1Substrate 2Electrode 3Graphene array
