NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene dispersion involves calcining graphite powder at high temperature, obtaining expanded graphite powder, adding the expanded graphite powder to distilled water, stirring, obtaining expanded graphite aqueous solution, adding to ultra-high pressure pump spay jet through intermittent open, and processing. USE - Preparation of graphene dispersion used for preparing graphene nylon (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene dispersion provides graphene nylon having excellent workability with reduced layers. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene nylon, which involves using 100 pts. wt. caprolactam, 0.3-15 pts. wt. graphene dispersion and 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. other material.
