NOVELTY - The method involves providing an electrically conductive substrate, with a spaced apart first and second surfaces. A metallic oxide layer (21), including a manganese dioxide and tricobalt tetraoxide, contiguous to the first substrate surface is provided. A chemically reduced graphene oxide layer (23) contiguous to the second substrate surface is provided to provide an electrical double layer associated with the substrate (22). A sheet of carbon paper has a cellulose substance impregnated with a combination of carbon nanotube ink and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate. USE - Fabricating method of supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - Smaller substrate thickness, and greater geometric structure that can be supported without substrate cracking or crazing.
