▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves providing a solution processed graphene. The solution processed graphene is formed on a substrate (110) so as to establish a low friction wear surface. The graphene of the solution processed graphene is formed by the chemical exfoliation, mechanical exfoliation or chemical vapor deposition (CVD) so as to form the graphene into the liquid. The opposing wear portion is provided against which the graphene on substrate slides. The opposing wear portion is provided with a diamond-like carbon (DLC). USE - Method for forming graphene on substrate used in mechanical system. ADVANTAGE - Since the solution processed graphene formed on the substrate establishes a low friction wear surface, the presence of graphene in the wear track indicates the formation of corrosion protection layer by the graphene so as to retard the tribo-corrosion process and allow easy shearing which in turn reduces friction. Thus, the superlubricity can be achieved effectively at macro scales regardless of the incommensurability and under more industrially relevant sliding conditions. The graphene layers can be transferred on any given solid surface at atmospheric pressures and temperatures and thus, the graphene layers can be easily scalable to large area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an article of manufacture of graphene wear portion. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the article of manufacture of the system of low friction mechanical components.
