▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing transparent conductive articles with multilayer graphene film, comprises: providing an optical material, where the optical material is one of glass and polyimide; exfoliating graphite flakes in a solution comprising water and ethanol via sonication to obtain liquid exfoliated graphene; spray depositing the liquid-exfoliated graphene on the optical material for 5-20 minutes at 0.6 ml/minute to obtain a multilayer graphene film-deposited optical material; and plasma treating the multilayer graphene film-deposited optical material with nitrogen gas and oxygen gas to obtain the article. USE - The process is useful for producing transparent conductive articles. ADVANTAGE - The process provides transparent conductive articles that: transmit electromagnetic radiation in the visible light bands; and have comparable optical transmittance and sheet resistivity to the positive control, indium tin oxide.
