NOVELTY - The inductor structure (1) has a carrier (10) with an upper surface (11), a coil structure (20) arranged adjacent to the upper surface of carrier, and an isolation structure (30) that covers the upper surface and coil structure. A ferromagnetism structure (40) is arranged on the isolation structure. The coil structure surrounds the ferromagnetism structure. The material of coil structure includes graphene. The isolation structure defines a cavity (33). The ferromagnetism structure is arranged in the cavity. USE - Inductor structure. ADVANTAGE - Provides for inductor structure which improves inductance value and reduced thickness. The coil structure surrounds the ferromagnetic structure to improve the inductance value and increase the inductance density.
