NOVELTY - The battery has an anode (1) provided with a cathode (5) that is formed with a photo-sensitive layer (3). A middle layer (2) is provided with a cathode layer (4) that is fixed between the cathode and the photosensitive layer, where the middle layer is made of graphene derivative material that is selected from fluoride, chloride, bromide, cyanide or oxidized graphene. The middle layer is provided with a P-type semiconductor material and an N-type semiconductor material. USE - Organic solar battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery has high working capacity and improved working efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an organic solar battery preparation method.
