NOVELTY - Catalyst comprises 20-25 pts. wt. titanium dioxide-supported graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. silica-magnesium alloy, 5-10 pts. wt. pseudoboehmite, 3-5 pts. wt. aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, 2-10 pts. wt. inorganic oxide binder and 30-40 pts. wt. clay. USE - Catalyst for catalytic cracking of residual oil. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst invention has large specific surface area and high acidity, and effectively reduces coke content and nitrogen content in resulting catalyzed oil. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of catalyst, which involved subjecting inorganic oxide binder and clay to acidification with acid solution having pH value of 2-4 to obtain an acidified slurry, adding titanium dioxide-supported graphene, silica-magnesium alloy, pseudoboehmite and aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, mixing, spray-drying, granulating, heating, washing and drying.
