NOVELTY - The brake sheet has a rear plate (4) adhered on a heat insulation layer (2) by an adhesive layer (3). A friction material layer (1) and the heat insulation layer are bonded by adhesive. An inner portion of the friction material layer is formed by injection hot pressing. An inner portion of a heat conducting cavity is filled with heat conducting composite material. The raw material of the heat conducting composite material is formed by graphene, a carbon fiber, red copper powder, titanium metal powder, heat conducting insulating elastic rubber, epoxy resin, copper fiber and thickening agent. USE - Cooling structured brake sheet. ADVANTAGE - The brake sheet realizes quick cooling effect, and can realize the heat conducting material by pouring heat conducting material in friction material, and realizes reflux heat dissipation in the friction material by injecting cooling liquid and quick radiating. The brake sheet ensures cooling effect and prolongs service life of the brake sheet so as to ensure brake sheet at long time.
