NOVELTY - Thermal insulation and sound-absorbing silica aerogel composite material is composed of a base material layer and an aerogel fireproof slurry layer arranged on the surface of the base material layer, the base material layer is a silica aerogel felt prepared by a spraying process, and its one or both sides are provided with aerogel fireproof slurry layer, and the aerogel fireproof slurry layer is formed by solidifying after coating aerogel fireproof slurry on the surface of silica aerogel felt. The surface of the aerogel fireproof slurry layer is mounted or embedded with a glass fiber mesh framework. The silica aerogel felt contains, in parts by weight, 10-80% fiber raw material, 10-60% aerogel, 5-30% adhesive, 0.1-5% coupling agent, and 0.5-5% stabilizer, and the fiber raw material is chopped glass fiber with a diameter of 10-20 μm. USE - The composite material is used for heat preservation of heat insulation and sound absorption, and heat preservation, heat insulation, waterproof, and fireproof. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent heat insulation performance, waterproof, flame retardant and sound absorption, and effectively prevents the composite material powder falling and cracking. The composite material integrates the spraying process and the coating process, fully filling the interior of the fiber felt with silica aerogel to ensure the thermal insulation performance of the composite material, coats the surface with aerogel fireproof slurry, with the use of glass fiber mesh cloth, the thermal insulation performance and mechanical strength of the aerogel felt composite material can be effectively improved.
