▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Forming three dimensional structures based on graphene having sp1-linear carbon chain (LCC), comprises condensing a carbon in the form of LCC on a graphene or its surface by evaporating graphite in vacuum, and forming a hexagonal close-packed structure of LCC that is chemically doped with graphene or its surface. USE - The method is useful for forming three dimensional structures based on graphene having sp1-LCC for conductors, semiconductors and insulators (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method forms the three dimensional structures based on graphene having sp1-LCC with good electrical properties and magnetic properties including ferro-, para- and di-magnetics.
