▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A light-emitting device (20) includes a carbon-containing film (11) comprising at least one carbon atom, and a light-emitting group (13) e.g. alkylene group (I), where the light-emitting group is chemically bonded to at least one carbon atom on surface of the carbon-containing film. USE - Light-emitting device used for OLED displays and light sources. ADVANTAGE - The light-emitting device has excellent characteristics in terms of viewing angle, response time, luminance, driving voltage, and response speed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A light-emitting device includes a carbon-containing film comprising at least one carbon atom, and a light-emitting group e.g. alkylene group of formula: -(C≡C)-(A1)m1-(A2)m2(I), where the light-emitting group is chemically bonded to at least one carbon atom on surface of the carbon-containing film. A1=linking group; A2=group comprising light-emitting moiety; and m1,m2=1-10. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) method for manufacturing light-emitting device, which involves: (a) providing carbon-containing film; and (b) contacting the carbon-containing film with alkylene-based compound of formula: A4-(C≡C)-(A1)m1-(A2)m2(II) chemically bonding the light-emitting group (I) to at least one carbon atom on surface of the carbon-containing film; and (2) method for operating the light-emitting device, which involves: (a) controlling voltage applied to the carbon-containing film of the light-emitting device. A4=organic moiety. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic cross-sectional view of the light-emitting device. 11Carbon-containing film 13Light-emitting group 15Interlayer 19Conductive film 20Light-emitting device
