▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Photoelectrocatalytic method for degrading organic material, involves synthesizing graphene/oxide semiconductor composite and graphene/semiconductor oxide nanocrystalline film, and processing the organic material by performing photoelectrocatalytic degradation reaction. USE - The photoelectrocatalytic method is useful for degrading organic material (claimed) present in industrial wastewater and municipal wastewater. ADVANTAGE - The method prevents secondary pollution of treated water, has improved degradation efficiency of organic material, and uses film electrode which is recyclable and has smooth surface and hence can closely combine with the substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Photoelectrocatalytic method for degrading organic material, involves (a) synthesizing graphene/oxide semiconductor composite by adding nanocrystalline semiconductor oxide (0.5-2 g) in graphene oxide solution (20-100 ml) having concentration of 0.5-2 g/l to obtain mixture, adding polyethylene glycol (0.1-1 g) to the mixture, and processing the mixture by ultrasonic dispersion for 30 minutes-2 hours for obtaining the graphene/oxide semiconductor composite, (b) synthesizing graphene/semiconductor oxide nanocrystalline film by performing droplet deposition method or coating method for preparing graphene/oxide semiconductor composite film on conducting glass, drying and reducing the prepared composite film at 40-100 degrees C for 10-40 hours using hydrazine hydrated steam, and calcining the film at 300-600 degrees C for 20 minutes-2 hours in presence of air, and (c) using sodium sulfate solution having concentration of 0.1-1 M as electrolyte, applying 0.2-1 V of bias voltage using the calcined graphene/oxide semiconductor film electrode as working electrode, saturated calomel electrode as reference electrode and platinum (Pt) wire as counter electrode to solution comprising sodium sulfate solution (0.1-1 M) and organic pollutant solution, stirring the mixture for 20 minutes-2 hours until the solution attains adsorption equilibrium, illuminating the solution using light source having an intensity of 20 mW/cm2, and processing the photoelectrocatalytic degradation reaction for 30-60 minutes.
