▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Anti-fatigue rubber material comprises 90-100 pts. wt. Neoprenerubber (Synthetic rubber based on polychloroprene), 30-50 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 15-25 pts. wt. coumarone resin, 20-30 pts. wt. carbon black, 2 pts. wt. stearic acid, 3-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. reinforcing filler, 2 pts. wt. sulfur, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, and 1-2 pts. wt. accelerator. The reinforcing filler is prepared by (i) mixing graphene oxide, carboxylated carbon nanotubes, thionyl chloride and dimethylformamide, stirring and reacting at 70℃ for 24 hours, distilling under reduced pressure to remove dimethylformamide, transferring the distillation product to another reactor, adding dimethylformamide, hydroxy-terminated hindered phenolic polymer and pyridine, heating to 110℃ and stirring for 48 hours, and (ii) placing obtained polymer grafted filler in 0.5 wt.% sodium hydroxide solution, adding carbon disulfide at 30℃, and stirring for 2-3 hours. USE - The anti-fatigue rubber material is useful for automobile bearing sealing ring. ADVANTAGE - The anti-fatigue rubber material solves the problem of poor fatigue resistance of the existing rubber materials used for automobile bearing sealing rings, introduces multi-dimensional nano fillers, i.e. carbon black and reinforcing fillers, into the rubber base material, which can have good compatibility with the matrix, enhances the performance of the rubber material from different angles, has a preload force of 4900 N, an amplitude of ±3 mm, and a frequency of 3 Hz, and the failure times of the anti-fatigue performance are more than 3.7 million times.
