NOVELTY - An oxidation graphene gold nano-rod composite nano-material preparing method involves choosing colloidal gold nano-particles, adding silver ion with cetyl hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide surface active agent, preparing oxidation graphite alkene solution, performing diluted hydrochloric acid neutralization reaction, performing base rest positive ion exchange process, preparing oxidation grapheme, performing centrifugal separation process to remove non-reacted substance and dispersing the non-reacted substance to obtain mono-oxidation graphene gold nano-rod composite nano-material. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxidation gold nano-rod composite nano-material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing oxidation graphene gold nano-rod composite nano-material with improved operability and reproducibility, better dispersibility, better stability and better biological detection effect.
