▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Masterbatch comprises at least one thermosetting resin hardening agent and carbon-based nanofillers (10-60 wt.%, preferably 20-50 wt.%) such as carbon nanotubes, carbon black, carbon nanofibers, graphene, or graphite, preferably carbon nanotubes. USE - The masterbatch is useful: for the preparation of the thermosetting composite material and/or to confer at least one electrical, mechanical and/or thermal property of thermoset resin; and for the manufacture of 3-dimensional structures compatible with the manufacture of parts in the areas of mechanical, aeronautical and nautical (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The masterbatch has improved mechanical property and good electrical conduction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a preparation of the masterbatch containing 10-60 wt.% of carbon nanofillers such as carbon-black, carbon nanotube, carbon nanofibers, graphene, or graphite, preferably carbon nanotubes, comprising: (a) introducing, in a compounding device, at least one thermosetting resin hardening agent and nanofillers of carbonic origin and optionally at least one additive; (b) mixing the mixture with in the device, to form a homogeneous masterbatch; and (c) recovering the masterbatch, optionally after conversion into agglomerated solid physical form such as granules; and (2) a preparation of a thermosetting composite material comprising: preparing the masterbatch; introducing the masterbatch, introducing the masterbatch in a thermosetting resin, optionally after dilution in the reactive part of thermosetting formulation comprising e.g. co-curing agent and/or additives such as accelerator and/or a catalyst, shaping the formulation of thermosetting according any suitable technic, preferably by injection, extrusion, compression or molding, followed by thermal treatment for activating the hardening agent.
