NOVELTY - Flexible complex film comprises nano porous gold film layer, polypyrrole layer, nano gold particle embedded in polypyrrole layer and graphene layer sequentially arranged from bottom to top. Prepared by preparing nano porous gold film by removing alloying free corrosion method, using electrochemical plating method to electroplate conductive polypyrrole on nano-porous gold film, obtaining polypyrrole porous gold complex film with three-dimensional porous continuous core-shell structure taking polypyrrole as shell and porous gold as core, embedding nano gold particles on polypyrrole porous gold complex film surface by vacuum sputtering, and using embedded nano-gold particles as catalyst to grow graphene on nano-porous gold framework. The substrate comprises polyethylene terephthalate plastic or polystyrene plastic film. The electroplating solution of pyrrole is pyrrole, and perchloric acid. In chemical vapor deposition process, using argon as protective gas, and hydrogen as reducing gas. USE - Used as flexible complex film. ADVANTAGE - The film material has larger specific surface area and higher electrical conductivity. The method of graphene and pyrrole with good conductivity and larger specific surface area significantly improves conductivity of polypyrrole.
