▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - High thermal conductivity graphene composite material comprises 30-45 pts. wt. polypropylene powder, 12-22 pts. wt. graphene, 12-22 pts. wt. thermally conductive filler, 2-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 3-4 pts. wt. glass fiber, and 4-7 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene. The thermally conductive filler is one of aluminum oxide, graphite powder, boron nitride, aluminum nitride and aluminum powder. USE - High thermal conductivity graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The high thermal conductivity graphene composite material has high thermal conductivity and good thermal conductivity, high tensile strength, and has high bending strength, good bending resistance, and good comprehensive mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a highly thermally conductive graphene composite material, which involves: (A) weighing polypropylene powder, graphene, thermally conductive filler, dispersant, glass fiber, and maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, and setting aside; (B) putting polypropylene powder and graphene into a high-speed mixer, mixing and mixing uniformly at high speed to obtain a primary mixture; (C) sending the primary mixture, thermally conductive filler, dispersant, glass fiber, and maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene into a twin-screw extruder, melt mixing, extrusion, granulation; and (D) cooling to obtain the high thermal conductivity graphene composite material.
