NOVELTY - The device has a heat conducting layer (1) for conducting heat. A radiating fin (2) is provided with a metal substrate and a graphene coating. The graphene coating is attached on a surface of the metal substrate. A heat storage layer (3) is connected to a side of the heat-conducting layer. Multiple radiating fins are uniformly connected to another side of a heat-storage layer, where the heat conducting layers can conduct heat of a transformer main body to the heat storage layers to conduct heat to a radiating end (2). The heat-absorbing layer accumulates heat conducted by the heat absorbing layer and conducts heat to the radiating ends. USE - Radiating device for use in a transformer (claimed) for radiating electric energy in a power system. Uses include but are not limited to air cooling and water cooling. ADVANTAGE - The device has high infrared heat radiation rate, high energy reflectivity, excellent heat exchange performance, and strong heat conduction performance, good mechanical performance, can be effectively attached on the metal base plate, improve radiating amount of the transformer, and ensuring the stable operation of transformer.
