NOVELTY - Crude oil recycling device, comprises a light absorbing component (100), a recycling component (220) and a light collecting component. The light absorbing component is set on the top of the recycling component. The light collecting component is set above the light absorbing component for collecting the light on the light absorbing component. The porous light absorbing material comprises carbon nano tube, graphene, graphene oxide, carbon nano microsphere, Mxenes and/or metal nano particles. The substrate of the foam-shaped structure is melamine foam, silicon dioxide gas gel, carbon fiber felt, basalt fiber felt, quartz fiber felt, foam copper and/or foam nickel. USE - Used as crude oil recycling device. ADVANTAGE - The device: is environmentally friendly; has simple operation; does not need any external energy to realize continuous recovery of crude oil; and reduces the raw oil recycling cost; promotes the diffusion of crude oil from low temperature region to high temperature region. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for recycling light driven crude oil.
