▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation method of titanium dioxide/reduced graphene oxide/carbon nitride composite electrode involves (A) forming double layer on fluorine doped tin oxide substrate by hydrothermal reaction at low temperature titanium dioxide nanorod arrays, spin-coating evenly with a layer of graphene and carbon nitride mixture and calcining under nitrogen atmosphere. USE - Preparation of titanium dioxide/reduced graphene oxide/carbon nitride composite electrode used as working electrode for photoelectrochemical hydrolysis (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of titanium dioxide/reduced graphene oxide/carbon nitride composite electrode ensuring improved utilization of sunlight by simple and convenient process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for application of titanium dioxide/reduced graphene oxide/carbon nitride composite electrode as working electrode for photoelectrochemical hydrolysis.
