NOVELTY - The method involves dissolving ultrasound graphite oxide in water. Cobalt nitrate and nickel nitrate are added to the water. The hexamethylene tetramine water solution drip is mixed to a mixed solution to maintain concentration of hexamethylene tetramine. The obtained precipitate is washed and vacuum dried. A sheet precursor is provided in sintering in air atmosphere to form a porous sheet-shaped graphene composite capacitor material. USE - Graphene composite structure preparation method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables increasing conductivity of material, improving a contact area and electrolyte solution and providing very high ratio capacitance and better electrochemical stability.
