ADVANTAGE - The active carbon composite material has improved mechanical stability and conductive property, and effectively enhances the overall performance of lead-carbon battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) the method for producing the active carbon composite material; and (2) lead carbon batteries.
