▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing niobium modified organic layered double oxide/graphene oxide nanocomposite as carbon dioxide adsorbent comprises dissolving 10-100 mg graphene oxide in 100 ml deionized water, and ultrasonically processing to obtain a uniformly dispersed graphene oxide suspension, introducing magnesium nitrate and aluminum nitrate nonahydrate solid into the suspension to obtain a mixed liquid, introducing 0.05-0.2 mol stearic acid, introducing 1.2-4 mol/l sodium hydroxide solution, stirring, and washing to pH of 7, grounding and passing through an 80-mesh sieve, loading niobium oxalate, dissolving 0.01-0.1 g N,N-dimethylphenethylamine in 2-10 ml ethanol, introducing 1-5 g xGO-lactate dehydrogenase-stearate to obtain suspension, loading in composite material, calcining and activating adsorbent in a tube furnace, and calcining. USE - The method is useful for preparing niobium modified organic layered double oxide/graphene oxide nanocomposite as carbon dioxide adsorbent. ADVANTAGE - The adsorbent has high specific surface area and better thermal stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Niobium modified organic layered double oxide/graphene oxide nanocomposite is used as a preparation method of carbon dioxide adsorbent comprises dissolving 10-100 mg graphene oxide in 100 ml deionized water, and stirring for 0.5 hours at room temperature, and ultrasonically processing above-mentioned mixed liquid for 3-6 hours to obtain a uniformly dispersed graphene oxide suspension, introducing magnesium nitrate and aluminum nitrate nonahydrate solids into the suspension above 50-200 ml to obtain a mixed liquid, introducing 0.05-0.2 mol stearic acid to the above mixed solution, introducing 1.2-4 mol/l sodium hydroxide solution to the above solution at a rate of 1-10ml/minutes to adjust the pH, maintaining pH of the solution at 10 plus minus 0.1 through a pH meter, stirring the above solution in a 60-80degrees Celsius water bath for 6-12 hours, filtering and washing to pH of 7, during solid obtained at 100-120degreesC, grounding and passing through an 80-mesh sieve , loading niobium oxalate on xGO-LDH-Stearate by dipping, dissolving (0.01-0.1 g) N,N-Dimethylphenethylamine in 2-10 ml ethanol, introducing 1-5 g xGO-LDH-Stearate to obtain suspension, stirring the above suspension for 2-10 hours, transfering to vacuum drying at 60degreesC, sample obtained is called yNb/xGO-LDHStearate, loading in composite material, calcining and activating adsorbent in a tube furnace, calcining at 300-500degrees Celsius and 50 ml/minutes, and nitrogen atmosphere for 2-6 hours.
