NOVELTY - Antistatic and color-free rubber comprises 70-120 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 20-40 pts. wt. filling agent, 2-5 pts. wt. processing auxiliary agent, 1-3 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent and 0.8-3 pts. wt. antistatic agent. USE - Used as antistatic and color-free rubber. ADVANTAGE - The rubber: has stable antistatic performance; does not leave black traces on contact materials; can greatly improve the use performance of the product; and is especially suitable for the use of antistatic products that cannot have color fading and blackening effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing antistatic and color-free rubber, comprising (i) mixing the methyl vinyl silicone rubber, the filling agent, the processing auxiliary agent and the vulcanizing agent primarily to obtain the mixed raw material; (ii) mixing the weighed antistatic agent and part of the mixed raw material uniformly in an open mill; and (iii) mixing the material obtained in the step (ii) with the rest of the mixed raw material, mixing in the open mill, and vulcanizing.
