▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A star-shaped film structure consists of a carbon nanotube-based layer, a graphene layer provided on the carbon nanotube-based layer, and a copper/aluminum layer coated on the graphene layer. The thickness of the graphene layer is 1 nm or less. The thickness of the copper layer or the aluminum layer is 10 nm to 10 mu m. USE - Star-shaped film structure is used for thermal radiator. ADVANTAGE - The star-shaped film structure has excellent flexibility, thermal emissivity of 0.85, thermal conductivity of 300 W.m-1.K-1, and film thickness of 10-50 mu m.
