▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves mechanically stirring and mixing graphene and aluminum base powder to an organic solvent mixed solution. The mixed solution is separated to realize drying of mixed powder using spray drying to solid-liquid. Mixed powder is prepared into graphene-resistant aluminum-type composite material using powder pressing and sintering method. The graphene-resisting aluminum-style composite material is crushed using mechanical crushing process. A scrap is uniformly mixed with an aluminum base using a powder mixing machine to obtain a heterogeneous mixed powder. The heterogeneous mixture is pressed for pre-sintering process to extrude and form a sintered blank. USE - Method for preparing a non-homogeneous high-toughness graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material utilized as a reinforcement material. ADVANTAGE - The non-homogeneous high-toughness graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material has simple process flow, low device requirement, high production efficiency, good product stability, and good industrial prospect. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a graphical view illustrating the method for preparing a non-homogeneous high-toughness graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material utilized as a reinforcement material.
